Our aim is for every family who comes for a photoshoot to have as much fun as possible and let us direct a few poses, but we are mainly trying to let you have fun and enjoy the hour. See it as a fun 'day' out with the ones you love and at the same time capture those special moments for you to treasure forever!
Baby/kids/family sessions are unrushed and calm with plenty of time for everyone to get adjusted to the environment. During these sessions (which usually take approximately 1 hour in studio, can take longer on location) we would like to create a relaxed atmosphere and win the trust of especially the children to ensure that we capture the best photos of you and your family. We found that most kids are more relaxed and comfortable in their own surroundings or locations they know. Therefore all portrait sessions are in the comfort of your own home (studio lighting and backdrops are mobile and set up in your home) or on location (garden/park/outside area/beach/playground of your choice).
Sometimes things can go wrong, a child may be unwell or we may feel that we were not able to get the best out of someone on that day, in which case we will ask you for a second sitting at no extra charge.

We can create and design a coffeetable book/photobook telling the story of the fun session you had which will remind you of those fun times for years to come. This would be at an additional cost (price upon request).
